Dr George Konstantinidis is a consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon with fellowship training across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. He successfully passed the RACS (Royal Australasian College of Surgeons) Fellowship exams.
He holds a PhD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a former Lecturer of Sports Medicine at Dalhousie University in Canada. He has published 19 peer-reviewed articles and 4 textbook chapters. He has presented 70 oral and e-poster announcements in National and International meetings. He performs over 450 procedures per year.

A referral is not required for a private consultation. You can book directly by calling +357 96 651 091 on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00 to schedule an appointment. If you have a referral letter from your GP or another specialist, please bring it to your appointment.
Yes. Dr Konstantinidis is currently affiliated with GESY (General Health System of Cyprus). The clinic also works with most major private health insurers. Please contact us in advance to confirm your specific plan is accepted.
Please bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans), a list of your current medications, your insurance or GESY card, and any previous medical reports related to your condition.
Initial consultations typically last 20 to 30 minutes. Dr Konstantinidis takes time to review your history, examine you thoroughly, and discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.
Dr Konstantinidis specializes in modern surgical techniques for the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, foot and ankle, as well as sports injuries, including minimally invasive arthroscopic and percutaneous surgical interventions along with biological therapies in regenerative joint preservation medicine, which provide alternative solutions for some of the most challenging orthopedic problems. Spine procedures are not offered.
